Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and operational reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned within the approved return timeframe

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale unless faulty, no returns are possible for these items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
